I specialize in intensive psychotherapy with a mindfulness approach. Someone often seeks out emotional help during a crisis or during an acute period of stress. There may also be underlying problems that are discovered and also addressed. The initial problem is first and foremost addressed, and the acute stressors creating difficulties minimized. If desired, this is followed by a deeper understanding of the more ongoing and subtle struggles that precipitated the present problem.
